This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds work for purchases of Phytoventra and related services offered by Quivranxscryxell. Mandatory rights under EU and Finnish consumer law remain unaffected where they apply to you.

Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

If you are a consumer in the European Union and your purchase qualifies as a distance contract, you may have fourteen days to withdraw without giving reasons, starting when you receive the goods, unless an exception applies under law. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to our contact email before the deadline.

Return condition

Returned products should be unused, sealed where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Hygiene and safety rules may limit returns for opened food supplements as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method where technically possible. Timing depends on banks or payment providers and may take several business days after we approve the return.

Defective goods

Non-refundable costs
